Project Overview
A buyer needed a supplier for a stainless-steel sensor connector with several concentric diameters, a small internal bore, external threads, sealing shoulders, and controlled edge conditions. RapidMfgPro reviewed the drawing, material grade, quantity, thread standard, inspection expectations, and intended sensor assembly.
Customer Sourcing Requirement
The sourcing challenge was finding a turning supplier that could control concentricity and runout while also protecting sealing surfaces and producing consistent thread fit. Stainless-steel machinability, burr formation, tool access, and repeatability across the quantity were important screening factors.
