2. RapidMfgPro Is an Information and Supplier-Matching Platform
RapidMfgPro publishes manufacturing information and may introduce buyers to independent third-party suppliers. RapidMfgPro does not own or operate a factory, does not manufacture the submitted parts, and does not represent that every supplier has identical equipment, certifications, capacity, or quality systems.
3. Educational Information
Technical articles, material guides, process descriptions, tolerances, costs, lead times, and case studies are general educational information. They are not a substitute for project-specific engineering, regulatory, legal, safety, or supplier review.
4. Supplier-Matching Requests
A form submission is a request for sourcing assistance only. It does not guarantee manufacturability, supplier availability, price, lead time, certification, quality, or delivery. Any quotation is provided by or based on information from an independent supplier and remains subject to that supplier’s assumptions and terms.
5. Orders and Supplier Contracts
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, manufacturing orders are contracts between the buyer and the selected supplier. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the supplier’s quotation, identity, capability, certification, quality plan, inspection terms, payment terms, delivery terms, warranties, and dispute provisions before placing an order.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and project information.
- Confirm drawings, specifications, quantities, revision levels, tolerances, materials, finishes, and inspection requirements.
- Obtain permission to submit files owned by another person or organisation.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, restricted data, or infringing material.
- Identify regulated, export-controlled, medical, aerospace, defence, safety-critical, or other special requirements before supplier contact.
- Independently verify the selected supplier before placing an order.
7. Uploaded Files and Consent
You retain ownership of submitted files. By checking the supplier-sharing consent box, you give RapidMfgPro limited permission to receive, copy, review, format, transmit, and share the files with selected third-party suppliers for quotation and technical evaluation.
Submitting a file does not create a non-disclosure agreement. Arrange a separate NDA before submitting highly sensitive information.
8. Commercial Relationships and Referral Fees
RapidMfgPro may test different business models, including free introductions, supplier fees, advertising, referral fees, or commissions. Any material commercial relationship relevant to a recommendation should be disclosed when applicable. A paid relationship does not replace the buyer’s obligation to evaluate the supplier.
9. Website Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, code, and original editorial content are owned by or licensed to RapidMfgPro. They may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission.
10. Availability and Third Parties
The website and supplier-matching features are provided on an “as available” basis. RapidMfgPro does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the performance, conduct, solvency, security, or services of independent suppliers or external websites.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RapidMfgPro is not responsible for manufacturing defects, supplier delays, quotation changes, certification issues, intellectual-property disputes, regulatory non-compliance, or losses arising from a buyer-supplier transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
